Mystic AW25, New and Improved

More than just a brand, Mystic is a creative collective of Watermen; kitesurfers, windsurfers, wakeboarders and surfers.

By taking inspiration from the perpetually moving water that shapes and sustains all these sports, Mystic are constantly innovating, learning and developing.

New Majestic and Jayde Wetsuits

Already the pinnacle of the wetsuit range, the previous version of the Majestic (and Jayde) was renowned, but even the very best can be made better. By upgrading these wetsuits from Yamamoto 39 to Yamamoto 40.

Also known as “SuperStretch Rubber” this material improves upon the already phenomenal Yamamoto 39, retaining the same incredible insulation and durability but with an improved stretch characteristic (+18%) that offers truly unbelievable rebound.

Produced from Yamamoto limestone processed on site in this neoprene produces a significantly smaller environmental footprint than any other conventional neoprenes.

Although, when using one of the most respected neoprenes to construction a wetsuit it is also vital that you combine it high quality laminates, linings and construction techniques, which is exactly what Mystic have done.

This ensures elevated levels of performance on the water from a wetsuit that is easier to get in and out of than ever before.

Evolve Wetsuit

High stretch. Low Impact.

That was the brief, that began Mystic developing the latest evolution in wetsuit design, but to deliver upon this brief a new material was required.

Introducing Natural Foam, 100% neoprene free without sacrificing flexibility. Crafted from renewability sourced natural rubber, combined with sugar cane, oyster shells and plant oil.

Performance, however, requires more than just stretch and the Evolve wetsuit retains the level of durability expected from high-end Mystic wetsuits. As well as offering sublime insulation properties thanks to the Eco Fox Fleece lining made from recycled nylon fibres.

A flexible, warm, soft and lightweight wetsuit built with a significantly lower environmental impact that doesn’t limit performance, built to move the way wetsuit should.

Supreme Boot

Often outlooked wetsuit boots provide a connection to the board when the conditions turn colder, and a well-designed boot helps to improve your experience when out on the water.

Offering next performance, the Supreme split-toe’s new ultra-thin sole maintains consistent traction with a barefoot feeling.

The well insulated design, utilises quick drying Flaremesh lining combined with new DryWeave produced from 47% recycled polyester with antimicrobial coating to neutralize unwanted odour and inhibit bacterial growth.

The strapfree seamless entry system ensures the Supreme is easy to slip on and off even after the longest session.

GBS stitching throughout reinforced with 100% Liquid Seams preserves the durability. Lastly, a new silicone based print around the ankle maintains a secure seal with any wetsuit helping to further keep water out.

Legacy Helmet

Protection doesn’t have to feel bulky, and the Legacy Helmet is proof. Designed to fit like a neoprene hood while protecting like a true helmet, it offers lightweight, slim-fit safety without interrupting your session. A high-impact ABS outer shell absorbs heavy knocks without cracking or deforming, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance every time you hit the water.

Extended temple and jaw coverage give you added protection where it counts, while the streamlined flush design prevents waterlogging so the helmet stays light from start to finish. A Velcro fit system, adjustable chin strap and quick-release closure allow for a customised, secure fit across three available sizes, once it’s on, you’ll barely notice it.

Strategically placed airflow channels keep you cool in warmer waters, while flush channels drain water away from your eyes. Sound-optimising perforated ear pads reduce water pressure and wind chill without muting your surroundings, allowing you to stay aware of conditions and other riders.

A helmet built with intention, the Legacy lives up to its name: protective, minimalist and designed for riders who want confidence without compromise.

Transparency and Commitment

It’s Mystic’s drive and adaptability that leads to the production of a new Autumn/Winter collection that embraces durability and sustainability, without compromise.

Understanding, that the sports we all love will only continue to be available on a sustainable planet, Mystic continuously research and explore new materials and processes to help minimise their environmental and social impacts.

By utilising recycled PET in the Boardbag range to reduce the reliance on virgin plastics and promoting a cycle of reuse to conserve the Earth’s resources.

Within the wetsuit category Mystic have develop a new 90% biobased Natural Foam for the Evolve, expanded the use of Yamamoto limestone and have increased the use of recycled Fox Fleece linings.

Incorporating more generic packaging to reduce waste and allow for reuse. As well as minimizing the number of hangtags used, and ensuring cardboard and paper (of a recycled origin) makes up the bulk of the packaging.

After more than two decades of innovation, Mystic’s commitment to their riders is showcased throughout this latest collection. And not just for those on the podiums but anyone who spends time on the water, in a Mystic wetsuit, wearing a Mystic impact vest or sporting a Mystic harness, this latest range of equipment is developed to inspire all watersports enthusiasts and ensures the continued evolution of the sports we all love.
