The “Aphotic II” continues the search for “goggle perfection” with a few small changes to our bestselling goggle over the last 10 years, the Aphotic. The second generation sees the addition of a strap ratchet, offering greater ease of adjustability. The silicone strap also features ridges to improve fit and security.

Sadly the length of events and road closure timings mean a 7am start isn’t out of the ordinary, and as we all know the light 30 minutes after the gun goes off is very different, and even more so as the morning progresses.

These incredible lenses adjust perfectly and take only 160 seconds to go from clear to dark delivering ultimate performance for every turn of every buoy.
Special patented photochromatic dyes cause the lens to activate, or darken, when exposed to ultraviolet rays from sunlight. When the UV light diminishes, the lenses fade back. As light conditions change, the level of tint adjusts, offering the right tint at the right time.
Designed to fit the face perfectly with a density of silicone and TPR are matched to create a perfect fit and a feather like feel even on the most interesting of facial profiles. For a great swim you need a comfortable fit and the ability to see as much as possible while having as much light as possible blocked out when the sun is high, or water reflection is optimal.
