Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International shipments outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import charges, or if a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Failure to pay customs fees
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect the parcel from a courier depot or collection point
any return shipping costs, customs charges, clearance fees, storage fees, or carrier handling charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If return charges exceed the value of the goods, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Returns

We offer a 30 day, easy return policy for unwanted items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, in the original outer and product packaging.

On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, or you have not received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your dispatch confirmation, contact our dedicated customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
