The supplier was good and the delivery went smoothly.
The product is not real as it was shown on the website, thin and has too many stickers or prints at least 5 everywhere

I ordered 4 items in Australia on 30th Nov. I received 2 items promptly from Sydney. The other 2 were sent from the UK despite the website saying they have a Sydney warehouse. I got a call in Dec 6th from UPS courier demanding $218 for and import tax before they will deliver. I contacted UPS to dispute this. They said because I spent over $1000 (I did not spend over $1000) that I had to pay the fee. I contacted watersports to report this and they advised they would email UPS to fix the issue. A few days passed and nothing. I then contacted watersports again and they told me I need to phone UPS to sort it. I did this, UPS claim they have had no contact from the seller. I sent my invoice to UPS to prove I didn't spend over $1000. Today, now the 13th Dec I get an email from UPS with a revised invoice they want paid of $120 before the will deliver with no explanation as to why. I have contacted watersports again and have had no response. It is not my fault that watersports choose to use a well known awful courier service. I have been left with no product, lost time and stress dealing with all of this over the past 2 weeks. The items were for a birthday present which has now passed. Terrible service. Order elsewhere.

The Watersports Outlet website was easy to navigate, and there is a great range of products. I have purchased a number of products which have been excellent. I placed a last minute order for waterproof sailing bib pants on the Monday which were needed for a regatta starting Friday.
I received my order on the Thursday,
I was super impressed with the delivery speed with my pants arriving on time and also with the pants themselves.
They were a new brand, "Nookie" and were on sale.
They handled rain, 2 days of sailing in 25 knots and 12 degree tempretures, although I did have layers underneath.
I would highly recomend both the product and Watersports Outlet for your next purchase.

Order Musto BR2 Jacket 2.0 online arrived within the week from the UK to North Queensland Australia. Contacted staff to confirm Jacket was not in stock in Australia and would come from UK and they gave a rough timing which was accurate.
Great experience all round, will definitely purchase through them again.

Order arrived to me in Australia Victoria Regional with 3 working days. Suit in perfect condition after its long journey from Europe, UK, Hawaii, Sydney to me in 3 working days not counting the weekend. PThanks

I ordered a Billabong spring suit and wetsuit jacket and they arrived within five days, despite it being the busy pre-Christmas period. They were exactly as described and cost significantly less than purchasing from a local store., I would feel confident shopping here again.

Excellent customer service provided by Carmela. Product I ordered was not in stock in the Australian distribution centre and my order was canceled. After contacting customer service, the product was shipped from the UK with UPS and arrived within a week! Thanks WO!

Great, fabulous price, delivery about 7 days to Australia from uk. Happy with my wetsuit. Best that if in Australia you know the size you want before ordering so you don't have to send it back. Would buy from here again - definitely. Have also bought from them when lived in uk. 😊 Bought billabong uk 8 womens wetsuit.

I experienced excellent and efficent service from an organastion from overseas . The arrival of the parcel in 3 days was outstanding considering it came from Sussex England to Newcastle ie Blacksmiths. I can’t get a parcel to go from neighbouring suburb say Swansea to Blacksmiths in 3 days. That would take minium of 7-10 days. Best Regards Bill Young

I thought I dealing with the Sydney warehouse, when i ordered online. i was surprised to see that the item was shipped from the u.k I ordered after business hours on the Wednesday and item was delivered by the following Tuesday, brilliant sevice

Good prices and variety. One of the items didn't fit properly and I returned for a refund, which then I had to buy again a different size. The process was easy enough, but would be better if they offered straight up size exchanges.
